James Conville, Esq.
Attorney Conville is a graduate of Penn State University and the Widener University School of Law. His primary focus for over 30 years has been criminal defense, particularly DUI cases. During his career, Jim has defended clients accused of major felonies and misdemeanors. Attorney Conville has even taken a death penalty case to trial.
Jim also holds a position as a court-appointed criminal attorney in Schuylkill County, including PCRA appeals. He also represents municipalities and municipal authorities.
Attorney Conville joined Dutko & Chwiecko in December 2025 and works out of the Pottsville office. Jim resides in Port Carbon with his wife, Lisa.
