Since 2018, Attorney Dutko has been a member of National College for DUI Defense ("NCDD"). In addition to the training received through NCDD, Attorney Dutko is also a former police officer that understands under what circumstances a police officer can stop a vehicle and the proper procedures for making a DUI arrest. Attorney Dutko will look to challenged the basis for the traffic stop so the DUI charges gets dismissed.

CRIMINAL APPEALS

If you've been convicted and are considering an appeal, Dutko & Chwiecko is the firm to call.  We will throughly review your case to determine if an appeal is available to you. Time is of the essence in the appellate process. You only have 30 days from sentencing to file a direct appeal. If you're looking for a PCRA appeal, you have one year from the date your conviction became final.
